1990: Joined Goldman Sachs (US Headquarters) After graduating from the University of Chicago, Shimizu Masataka joined the US headquarters of Goldman Sachs, a Wall Street investment bank. As an analyst in the equity research department, he was responsible for building valuation models and formulating asset allocation strategies in the US stock market. During the Asian currency crisis, he participated in a project to reconstruct global investment portfolios for multiple wealthy clients. Through this, he developed his own investment philosophy that emphasized "balancing risk control and growth."

2003: Returned to Tokyo and became Head of Asset Allocation in Asia at UBS Securities, where he led the design and implementation of global investment strategies for Japanese institutional investors.

2010: Joined Nomura Research Institute. Headed the cross-border investment research department and advocated a portfolio construction philosophy based on "multi-dimensional asset allocation" and "structural risk hedging." Supported long-term and stable asset management for Japanese pension funds and family offices.

2017: Established Shimizu Global Capital, a private financial advisory company. Provides a wide range of investment proposals, including global stocks, bonds, ETFs, and alternative assets, to wealthy individuals in Japan and family offices in the Asia-Pacific region.
